Absolutely! Your test kit will be shipped directly to your home, where you can easily collect your stool sample and ship it back to the Viome lab in a prepaid mailer (US only). You’ll need to download the Viome app or have access to a computer to answer your test questionnaire. Your test results and recommendations will be available within your account within 2-3 weeks of receiving your sample and completed questionnaires.

Even if you have not recently retested, you may see slight adjustments in your food or supplement recommendations, including the addition of new ingredients. When you see an adjustment like this, the label on your next box of supplements or biotics will reflect these changes.

A cancellation fee may be applied if you wish to cancel before three orders. We offer flexibility to pause or change your order date through your account.

To ensure the confidentiality of your data, we separate users’ personally identifiable information (PII) from protected health information (PHI) and use multiple layers of encryption and access protection. We do not provide your information or results to employers or health insurance companies. Viome will never sell your data.

Our customer support specialists are available via email and online to help with questions related to supplements, biotics, and nutrition recommendations. However, at this time, we do not offer one-on-one consultations.
